Long Range Systems
The SMART Technologies Professional RFID System Vision is for professional users, offering solutions in LF, HF, UHF and 2,45GHz Active RFID technology. The high-quality Vision RFID readers and antennas are available for Short-Range, Mid-Range and Long Range application.
All components have robust CE approved IP65 housing / connection protection and different interface options including Ethernet and Profibus. Firmware upgrades and configurations are possible easily. All Vision Controllers come with detailed Demo SW and full SDK. The Professional RFID system Vision can be used in applications like Industrial, Warehouse, Asset tracking, Laundry and Identification.
The Vision Long Range Controller LF is a 125kHz Read Only device with 1 antenna port for the connection of Vision LF Long Range Antenna. The reading distance of this combination is up to 80cm (depending on type of tag).
HF Long Range Systems
The Vision Long Range Controller HF is a 13,56MHz - ISO15693 Read / Write device with 4 Antenna Ports for the connection of up to 4 external antennas. The reading distance can be up to 150cm with SW adjustable RF power. The configuration possibilities make it easy to adapt this device to a range of applications.
UHF Long Range Systems
The Vision Long Range Controller UHF is a 860-960MHz Read / Write device with 4 Antenna Ports for the connection of up to 4 external antennas. The reading distance can be up to 10 meters (at 1W RF power) with SW adjustable RF power of up to 2W (33dBm). This UHF Long Range Controller is based on Impinj R1000 transceiver.
SMART Technologies offers a long range RFID gate with a read distance of up to 2 meter. The gate is available with an integrated 125 kHz or 13.56 MHz reader.
